South Korea: what an awesome place. For a country of 100,000 sq. clicks, it's got a lot of culture and tradition. Then again, this is the first time I've been overseas so it's all a brand new experience to me. But damn I do like it here. People here are so much nicer and act with a higher sense of tradition and respect. It's attributes like these that make NOT want to leave and come back to America. With all sorts of goodies like this going for the country, I'd like to think that most of t...

Wow, it's been a while since I updated this blog but here goes (takes deep breath)... April: Received orders to South Korea, 1 hour from Seoul. LET THE PARTYING BEGIN! May: Partying continues... I'd write down what happened, but there were WAY too many incriminating things happening. June: Partied it up until end the end of the month when I went on leave. Well this is one way to start off the day... I've been working nights(11pm-7am) for about 2 months. While I don't mind sleeping with sunlight pouring into my room, what i DO mind is all the noise coming from these 2 little monsters upstairs. They're kids for God sakes they shouldn't be THIS friggin loud! I have a little b...

I wish I would've started my blog before the holidays as life was much more interesting before and during it, but the present will have to suffice for now. A few nights ago, on the way back home from work, my roommate was the one driving and so it was his decision for what radio station to listen to. I forget what station exactly we were tuned into, but Loveline was on with Adam Corolla and his Dr. sidekick. One of the callers was a 17 year old guy ("Pat") who had on his hands a dilemma so...

Well, I hope to God this works right... I'll start off with the essentials: I'm 20 years old and have been in the US Air Force since 17. No, I I'm not a dropout, I actually have a diploma. Born and raised in Illinois, I'm currently in Colorado where I've been stationed for almost 3 years (still waiting for orders!). I am the oldest of 4 children in a somewhat normal family (who can claim to be normal these days?) Now with that said... Like the majority of people on this site, I was refer...
